Tim Cleveland

Tim Cleveland, a lifelong resident of Blakely, Georgia, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, at the age of 72. Born on November 25, 1953, Tim was a beloved member of the Blakely community, known for his dedication and service.

Tim spent his career working in maintenance for the City of Blakely, where he was respected for his hard work and commitment to keeping the community running smoothly. His colleagues and friends remember him as a reliable and kind-hearted individual who always had a smile and a helping hand for anyone in need.

Tim is survived by his devoted wife of 36 years, Kaye Cleveland, who stood by his side through all of life's joys and challenges. He is also survived by his siblings, Robert Ladon Cleveland (Vickie) and Carol Daughtry (Dean), as well as several cherished nieces, nephews, and cousins who will miss him dearly.

He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Arnold Cleveland, his mother, Rosa Duffell, and his brother, Kenneth Cleveland. Tim's family takes comfort in knowing he is now reunited with them.

A Celebration of Life will be held in Tim's honor at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home on Monday, June 1, 2026, at 11:00 am. The service will be officiated by Rev. Sterling Jones, who will lead family and friends in remembering and celebrating Tim's life and legacy.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home, where Tim's family will receive friends and loved ones. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in Tim's memory.

Tim Cleveland will be remembered for his unwavering dedication to his family, his community, and his work. His gentle spirit and kind heart touched the lives of many, and he will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
