Sandra Eaton

Sandra Odom (Evans) Eaton passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2022 at LifeBrite Community Hospital of Early. Her Memorial Service will be Saturday, April 2, 2022 at 2 PM at Arlington Baptist Church with Brother Larry Odom officiating. Visitation will be one hour prior to the memorial beginning at 1 PM. Sandra was born on October 25, 1954 to the late J. L. Odom and Sarah Dollar Odom. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charlie Eaton, two brothers, Willard Odom and Loutte Odom, and two sisters, Sylvia Odom Nixon and Gloria Odom Tedder. She is survived by her children, Jason (Denise) Odom of Midland, GA, Rebecca “Becky” (Derek “Bubba”) Eubanks of Edison, GA, Jeanie (Jason) Cherry of Blakely, GA, Vanessa (Jay) Tindell of Pavo, GA, Deanna (Steven) Gilmer of Albany, GA, as well as eight grandchildren: Priya Odom, Dee Sellars, Derand “DJ” Sellars, Deion Sellars, Amrie Tindell, Jacqueline Gilmer, Charles Gilmer, and Theodore Gilmer. She also has a brother and a sister, Larry (Kathy) Odom of Wichita Falls, TX, and Virgeline (Frank) Duke of Albany, GA, , a brother-in-law, Jack Tedder, two sisters-in-law’s; Lillie Odom and Brooke Odom. Sandra loved and trusted in the Lord and dedicated her life to helping others by becoming a registered nurse. She had a big heart that was always willing to give to those in need. She loved children and loved to make those around her laugh. Her greatest blessing in life was her family whom she loved dearly from her beloved Charlie, her children, and all of her grandchildren.
