Larry Miskimen

Larry Miskimen, 71, of Blakely, Ga. passed away Sunday evening, February 11, 2018, at his residence. A Memorial service will be held at Springfield Baptist Church on Saturday afternoon, February 17, 2018, at 3 PM with Rev. Sterling Jones officiating.Larry was born in Ft. Fairfield, Maine on January 10, 1947 to the late Milton McPhail and Pauline Cote Davis. He was a carpenter with his Union being the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and was a devoted gardener. Other than his parents his was preceded in death by a sister, Lynn Carlson and a brother, Mike Miskimen.

His survivors include his wife, Virginia Davis Miskimen, a daughter, Annie Welch and Ryan of Jakin, a son, Milton LaVon Miskimen of Blakely, GA. He has 2 sisters; Ann Hussey of Danville, GA and Veronica Brown of Ormond Beach, FL; 1 brother, Ernie Davis and Angela of Eatonton, GA .He also has 4 grandchildren; Mason and Owen Welch and Destiny and Bralynn Miskimen.
