Kevin Joseph Enfinger

Kevin Joseph Enfinger, born on August 13, 1975, in Americus, Georgia, departed this life unexpectedly on July 28, 2024, while returning home from a fulfilling shift as a dedicated police officer with the Grantville Police Department. Kevin's commitment to serving his community was evident throughout his entire career in law enforcement, which began with U.S. Customs, followed by his time with the Early County Sheriff's Office,  the Sharpsburg Police Department. 

Kevin was not just a police officer; he embodied the values of integrity, bravery, and compassion. He approached each day on duty with an unwavering commitment to protect and serve, making an indelible impact on those he encountered.

Family was immensely important to Kevin. He is survived by his wife, Candace Enfinger, who shared in both his joys and responsibilities. He is also survived by his father, Kenneth Enfinger (Linda Bennett), who provided support and guidance throughout his life. His brother, Kenneth Jason Enfinger, and his nephew, Jared Andrew Enfinger (Alyssa Sizemore), will miss him dearly.

Kevin was preceded in death by his mother, Katrina Hasty Enfinger, who surely welcomed him with open arms.

In remembrance of Kevin's contributions and the love he shared, a visitation will take place on May 15, 2025, from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, immediately followed by a Celebration of Life from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, at Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home located at 21802 Lucile Rd, Blakely, Georgia, 39823.  Rev. Sterling Jones will be officiating the service.

Kevin Enfinger leaves behind a legacy that will be cherished by all who knew him, and his spirit will continue to inspire those he served. His profound dedication to duty, love for family, and genuine kindness will forever be remembered.
