Mrs. Gussie Buie Coram Daniel, 100, passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at the Highlands-Cashier Hospital in Highlands, NC. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 11 AM in the Salem Baptist Church, Edison, GA with Rev. Keith Gaines officiating. The family will receive friends at Salem Baptist Church starting at 10 AM up until the service at 11.Burial will follow at Vilulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Coleman, GA.Active pallbearers will be Charles "Chuck" Ford, JB Coram, Rich Cellino, Dan Ginn, Dylan Ginn and Mark Collier. Honorary pallbearers: Ford Cellino and Sam Cellino and Ben Joiner Rish.

Gussie was born on May 20, 1918 in Fayetteville, GA to the late Robert Buie and Carrie Graham Buie. She was a member of the Edison Baptist Church and a homemaker.Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by a son: George W. Coram and by a daughter: Patricia Ivey Daniel.

Her survivors include a daughter: Susie Coram Ford and Chuck of Fortson, GA, by 2 sons: J. B. Coran and Susan of Seasly Mountain NC and Robert B. Coram of Atlanta, GA and a sister Peggy Collier and Sherrill of Fayetteville, GA. There are also 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
