Dianne K Whitehurst

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dianne K. Whitehurst, a beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and friend. Dianne passed away peacefully on Friday, July 31st, 2026. She was 78 years old.

Dianne was born on Sunday, April 11th, 1948, in Phenix City, Alabama, to Raymond Earnest Kineard and Louise Kineard Sangster. She was a cherished daughter, sister, and friend to many throughout her life.

Dianne dedicated her professional life to advertising sales, where she was known for her creativity, dedication, and warm personality. Her career was marked by her ability to connect with people and her unwavering commitment to her clients.

Dianne is survived by her loving children, Keith Mapes of Blakely, GA, Andrew Williams of Blakely, GA, and Angela Chandler (Chad) of Dothan, AL. She was a proud grandmother to Zachary Chandler, Ella Chandler, and Andie Danielle Williams.

She is also survived by her siblings, Rey Kineard (Bobbie), Dennis Kineard (Theresa), and Lynn Stennett, as well as several nieces and nephews who will fondly remember her kindness and generosity.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond Earnest Kineard and Louise Kineard Sangster, and her brother-in-law, Bobby Stennett.

In accordance with her wishes, no formal service will be held at this time. The family appreciates the outpouring of love and support from friends and the community during this difficult time.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Manry-Jordan-Hodges Funeral Home, who have provided compassionate care and support to the family.

Dianne will be remembered for her loving spirit, her dedication to her family, and her love of animals. She touched the lives of many and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
